What to Expect
This year, we’re expanding the way we gather.
As we introduce new virtual educational opportunities for the Wood Flower Florists community, we’re also creating space for something equally meaningful: time together, in person, without the pressure of a heavily programmed event.
The In-Person Retreat is intentionally different from our traditional conference format. This will be a relaxed, grassroots-style gathering centered on connection, camaraderie, and simply enjoying one another’s company. No packed schedules. Just space to be together.
We believe some of the most powerful growth happens in candid conversations. like the ones around a table, on a couch, over coffee or a cocktail. This retreat is designed to create room for those moments. We may host optional, lightly guided round-table discussions around shared topics in business and creativity. Think open dialogue, shared experiences, and honest insight from florists at all stages of the journey.
We’re also envisioning creative time that can be an opportunity to bring extra supplies, odds and ends, unfinished ideas, and simply create for the joy of it. No pressure. No expectations. Just hands-on time alongside people who understand what you do and why you do it.
This retreat is about reconnecting with the heart behind why we started gathering in the first place. Supporting one another. Learning from one another. Laughing together. Being reminded that you’re not doing this alone.

Save My Seat
This $50 deposit is simply our way of making RSVPs meaningful. Because this is a smaller, more intimate gathering, we need a realistic headcount to plan the space, supplies, and overall experience for everyone.
There are also a lot of little, not-so-glamorous costs that come with putting something like this together. Things like paper plates, cups, trash bags, cleaning supplies, shared materials, and all the small details that make a space comfortable and functional for a group.
Since we don’t yet know the final group size, we can’t calculate an exact per-person cost just yet. This deposit allows us to start preparing while keeping things fair for everyone involved. For the details of all that is included, please look here.
On My Way!
This ticket is the second and final step in completing your Retreat registration. Once we’ve confirmed final details and have a clearer picture of the group size, this ticket will cover the remaining balance.
Because some of the shared costs depend on how many people are attending, we’re holding off on setting an exact price just yet. This allows us to keep things fair and avoid overcharging upfront.
What we can promise is simple. The cost of this second payment will not exceed $100, bringing the total retreat registration (including your “Save My Seat” deposit) to no more than $150.
